When travelling around Europe, any of our European ingest servers will be sufficient, but we also have ingest servers in a high number of places around the world, and can always bring new ones online.

Alternatively, you can raise a help ticket through your Client Portal and we can arrange a new ingest server at No Additional Cost! Both your original "home" ingest and new "travel" ingest will be live and active at the same time, so there will be no downtime to your stream and both can be used simultaneously.

If you're ever in a situation where you need your stream to stay live but you need a little bit of privacy, then as long as you have connection to your Twitch Chat you can just type !privacy into your chat and your stream will go straight into Privacy mode. This means your camera will no longer broadcast to your stream, but your stream will stay connected so you don't lose your stream uptime.

If for any reason you have lost connection to chat due to poor network or a drained chat phone battery, simply turn your camera off and again your stream will go straight into privacy mode. Saving your stream and account from any potential Terms of Service violations.

Our dedicated chatbot listens to the Commands you can type in into chat. So for example if you want to switch to your Privacy scene, just type !privacy in chat and the system will automatically switch. To switch back to your Live scene, type !live in chat. Don't worry, only you can type in these commands! If a viewer will type them in chat, nothing will happen.

When your streaming in an area with poor mobile coverage your stream will try to adjust itself to lower bitrate so that your stream stays online. In the case if you fully lose mobile network connectivity, our system will automatically switch to your "Be right back" (BRB) scene. This way your stream will stay on while you can move to an area with better mobile coverage. The moment the system detects there's sufficient bandwidth to stream again, it will automatically switch back to your Live scene. Also, you will be notified about these switches by the bot in your chat.

The bot gives you two numbers: the bitrate and the 'RTT'. The bitrate is how much data is being pushed to our servers from your mobile phone and simply put: the higher, the better. Twitch allows an official max of 6000kbps, which is high quality.

In the above example you see your stream camera is sending 4384 kilobits of video data per second and that data takes 35 ms to reach our ingests via your mobile network. The higher the bandwidth, the better your video quality. The lower the RTT number, the less lag you will have between your mobile camera and our servers. So easy put: left number high, right number low = good. Left number low, right number high = bad.

You sure can! You can refresh all ingests by typing !f in chat. A moderator and an AntiScuff admin can also do this for you, but a viewer can't. Directly after typing !f in chat, your stream will try to refresh itself. This whole process will take about 5-10 seconds.

No, our packages are suited for one stream at the time. If you friend wants to use our services as well, they have to buy a separate subscription. This because your stream is tied to your Twitch Stream Key and cannot be changed without notifying an AntiScuff administrator, preferably through our Client Portal.

Your Stream Key problably got reset. To fix this, please go to your Twitch Dashboard and click Copy next to your Primary Stream key on the top of the page. Then either raise a ticket on our Client Portal with the new key; alternatively you can send the new key in a Support Ticket on Discord.
