TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and AntiScuff Ltd ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.antiscuff.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
We are registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at LCB Depot, 31 Rutland Street, Leicester, LE1 1RE and company number 13981427. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Eligibility
To use our services you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
To access our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Use of Services
You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Distributing malware or other harmful software
- Engaging in activities that violate the privacy or rights of others
- Hosting content that is illegal, infringing or offensive
Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our Services as described on our website. All fees are non-refundable except as requited by law. All services are set up manually by hand and are exempt from any consumer rights refunds. We may change our fees at any time by posting new fees on our website and confirming by email. Any such changes will appear on the next billing cycle. All services are manually provisioned.
Allocated Resources & Refunds
When you purchase our Services, specific resources (such as, but not limited to, IP addresses, server capacity, or software licenses) are allocated to your account. These resources are reserved and provisioned at the time of purchase, regardless of the level of usage. As such:
All fees are strictly non-refundable once resources have been allocated.
We do not provide pro-rata or partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable law.
Non Payment
Services will be suspended within 24 hours of a missed invoice payment automatically. Data is kept in a ready state for 5 (five) days after suspension keeping any IP addresses, BELABOX Cloud or OBS Websocket details assigned to your account. If you re-activate after 5 (five) days you may be provided with new IP addresses, BELABOX Cloud or OBS Websocket details. Any outstanding invoices will be cancelled after 5 (five) days since payment due date, along with any account discounts, and you will need to complete the sign up process to reactivate.
Disputed Charges & Chargebacks
If you believe a payment has been made in error or there is an issue with your order, you must contact us at contact@antiscuff.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue amicably, prior to initiating any charge-back or payment dispute with our payment processors or your card issuer.
Filing a charge-back or payment dispute without giving us reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter may constitute a breach of these terms.
Our Right to Respond to Disputes
We reserve the right to respond to and defend against any payment dispute or charge-back. This includes submitting evidence to the relevant payment processor or financial institution, such as proof of delivery, usage of our services, communication history and any other relevant information we deem fit.
Unfounded or Fraudulent Disputes
If a dispute or charge-back is determined to be unfounded, fraudulent or in breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your access to our services;
- Recover the full amount owed, including any third-party processing or dispute fees;
- Pursue recovery though legal means or a third-party collections agency where necessary.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services, we guarantee 99.9% service availability. We are not responsible for any interruptions or delays in the Services caused by factors outside of our control.
Support & Communication
We provide customer support exclsively via email at contact@antiscuff.com or through our Support portal at https://antiscuff.com/clients. Any communication outside these channels, including but not limited to Discord, social media or direct messaging platforms, is considered informal and non-binding.
Limitations of Informal Channels
Discord and similar platforms are not recognised as official support or communication channels. No service requests, account changes, cancellations or disputes will be processed via these platforms. Any statements, suggestions, or information provided through such channels do not constitute official company policy, agreement or obligation.
Account and Service Changes
For your protection, we do not accept or process requests to change your account details (including, but not limited to, billing, subscription or personal information) via Discord or any platform other than our official support email at contact@antiscuff.com or Support Portal at https://antiscuff.com/clients. You may be required to verify your identity before changes can be made.
Right to Withhold Support
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue support through any unofficial communication platform at any time, without notice.
Abuse of High-Priority Support Channels
High-priority or out-of-hours support is strictly reserved for critical service impacting issues (for example a complete service outage).
Misuse of these channels, including but not limited to, raising high-priority tickets for non urgent matters may result in
- Your ticket being downgraded in priority;
- A delay in response time;
- An administrative fee of up to £50.00 to cover out-of-hours triage or misuse of support resources.
The classification of any support request as High-Priority shall be determined solely at our discresion, and such determination shall be final and binding. Repeated abuse of priority channels may result in restrictions on your access to elevated support options.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made within our Client Portal which can be found at: https://antiscuff.com/clients or via email to contact@antiscuff.com from your registered email address. Cancellation requests cannot be made via our Discord channels for the security of your account. On cancellation, streaming service data is securely stored for a period of 6 (six) months, removing any personally identifiable information. After which time all streaming service data is securely removed from our servers. If you would prefer for us to delete your data on cancellation, please include a note on your cancellation request.
Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. You can see our privacy policy at https://antiscuff.com/privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and data use as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by us as part of our Services, or appears as part of our website are protected by intellectual property laws. Materials include but are not limited to brand name, logo, images, photographs, written or videos. You agree not to reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. AntiScuff Ltd prohibits the use of any logo of AntiScuff Ltd to link back to our or any other website, unless prior approval has been received in writing. AntiScuff Ltd enforces its intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
